Lanari: da oltre un secolo, edilizia di qualità

During the last years of 1800 Pacifico Lanari (1861-1937) founded a house building in Passatempo, a little town near Osimo (Ancona). His son Pietro followed his footsteps and started new companies in Puglia and in Molise.
He built roads and villages in Taranto, Campomarino and Termoli.
His son Giuseppe was born there in 1930 and he heads up now the "Immobiliare Elle", the holding company based in Ancona.
In the last few years the company focused on the purchase of building areas all around Macerata and Ancona, and on building and selling residential areas.
